While I had some issues with the hairdresser that cut my hair on my first visit the owner of the business was proactive in sorting the situation out and actively listened to the concerns I had regarding the treatment I received over the phone and the issues I had with the haircut. Upon my return for a complimentary re-do, Lyn did my hair and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time in explaining what she would like to do to fix the initial hair cut. I will definitely be going back to see Lyn she did a great job dealing with my curly hair.
